Mrs. Patricia Ann Grate of Graham, NC Transitioned to her heavenly home on Wednesday September 8 2021 at Cone Health Alamance Regional Hospital, Burlington NC. Memorial services for Mrs. Patricia Ann Grate will be held on Saturday September 18, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Flag Patch Cemetery. The family is asking that everyone follow the recommended CDC guideline.
